Great location, very roomy, gorgeous views

We throughly enjoyed staying in this penthouse on our Chicago trip. Red line around the corner, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment was roomy for the 4 of us. It was nice to be able to keep the laundry up. Would definitely stay her again or in the building again. Very accommodating.

Use caution. The almighty dollar trumps principle with owner.

Nice place. Lovely Amtrak delayed a 4 night stay into only 2 nights. I communicated with owner extensively on this. While I understand I was going to be on the hook for all 4 nights, the owner charged me 4 nights of the "optional" parking without returning the token nightly fee even after I asked. A small gesture of goodwill for a traveler that stayed 2 and paid for 4 nights. The night parking fee is an add-on option that is just bonus money should the renter require parking. I'd the principle of it all. Maybe the owner should read the book "Give 'em The Pickle"

Great location, Great view.

I stayed here with my two adult children for St. Patrick's weekend. There was plenty of room for us. The penthouse is in an ideal, safe location to experience Chicago and see the river turn green. There is a convenient grocery store next door for supplies. The views are amazing and the place is well managed with simple instructions for check-in and out.

Perfect condo

This is the cleanest condo we’ve ever rented! And the BEST equipped kitchen (spices, storage bags, creamer, etc). The location is perfect and what a view! The grocery store on the first floor was such a bonus when traveling with kids. Highly recommend

Wonderful Chicago visit!

The Penthouse condo is in an ideal location, with unbelievable views, central to all of the best Chicago sights and scenes. Easy access the the CTA station right out the front door of the building, or an easy walk or short Uber ride to all other city spots. The condo was spotlessly clean and the host, Jeri-Lou was helpful and very responsive. We will definitely book the penthouse condo again!

Excellent Location, Very well equipped condo

My daughter & I had a wonderful time enjoying the spaciousness & location of this condo. The hosts were responsive when contacted. It was very well provisioned & was immaculate when we checked in. It was walking distance to almost everything we wanted to visit including Millenium Park, The Museum Campus, lots of excellent restaurants. Having a Jewell grocery store next door was an added bonus. I would stay there again for a return visit to Chicago.

Great homebase for exploring Chicago

We had a great experience! The kids loved the view from the 53rd floor and enjoyed the pool! The on-site fitness center was great to have and let my wife and I get in our workouts before adventuring!

Lovely penthouse with all the comforts of home.

My family recently stayed here for a long weekend trip. The penthouse was lovely, clean, and had all the comforts of home. We loved the proximity to walk to many local attractions as well as access to the train. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay in Chicago

Starting with the remarkably helpful check-in process, the whole stay was amazing. Great communication with managers of the apartment, beautiful place, marvelous view, great workout facilities, close to an insane number of fabulous restaurants, just above a Jewel supermarket, and right at an entrance/exit to the CTA red line subway station. Short walk to Michigan Avenue, Grant Park. Much more. I'm getting tired of typing. Thanks so much Jeri-Lou and James!!

Spectacular view

Most of the reviews mentioned the views, but words don’t do it justice! Penthouse location provides easy walkable access to many activities and restaurants. Unit was very clean and well stocked. Hosts are very accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was great! On the 53rd floor, we had a view of the fireworks on Navy Pier, the iconic Chicago Theater, among other famous landmarks. The directions to parking and entering the facility were very precise, and the condo was very roomy and comfortable. I would stay here again!

This property was everything we expected and more. The view from the 53rd floor was amazing, especially at night when the surrounding buildings lit up. The location was great. We either took the Red Line on the corner (very easy to navigate around town) or walked to nearby sights, restaurants, and the lake. The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. The pool was refreshing, and the kitchen allowed us to have breakfast there before heading out, plus cocktails and snacks in the evening. The staff was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone spending time in Chicago.

Room with a view.

The view at this penthouse will not disappoint—It is magical beyond words and the balcony provides an opportunity to enjoy Chicago in a way we had never experienced before. Just a couple of downsides. The bed pillows in the smaller bedroom were rocks! Fortunately, there was an extra pillow in the linen closet. And, the sofa needs to be refurbished as one sinks to 12” off the ground when seated. Our hosts were perfect in every way and we look forward to returning.
