Great location

Very nice three bedroom in a great location. Lincoln Park is a nice safe neighborhood, we easily walked to the lake. Tons of restaurants and shopping down Lincoln Avenue and nearby Clark street. We were 15 min drive downtown. The L goes right behind the apartment, which was a little loud at times, but not really that big of a deal. Would stay here again.

This property is in an excellent location, making getting around the city very easy. It was clean, and very spacious for its price. Would definitely stay here again!

In keeping with this spirit and based on our own personal experience staying at Airbnb's with excessive house rules, we promise you will not find a book filled with inconsiderate house rules like requiring you to wash the sheets, towels, clean the place, do garbage runs etc and we instead use professional cleaners for this. Our only house rules are to avoid excessive noise which comes from City of Chicago ordinance along with policy for No Pets/Smoking to help maintain the space.

Space is a quick jaunt from all of Lincoln Park’s hotspots, but sits on a lively, tree-lined street.
