Great place to stay! This was our third trip to Chicago and this was by far the best place we have stayed. It was very clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a nice neighborhood convenient to everything we needed. We would most definitely stay here again. Thanks!
We stayed for a Cubs game and the home did NOT disappoint. It was BETTER than we expected. The place is completed remodeled and really nice! The mattresses were super comfy, access was easy, and the TV had apple TV. The neighborhood is super safe and has lots of stores (coffee esp) within walking distance. I highly rec this VRBO!
We absolutely loved staying at this property. We stayed with three children under the age of 5 and everything we could have thought of for our kids was there. My kids especially loved the sparkles in the tub and some of the toys in the apartment. The host did a great job of recommending places we could go and checking in to make sure we were doing okay. The location is great, within walking distance to the train and great parks. Would recommend this spot to anyone witb families looking to explore the city!
Fantastic amount of space for a family, super clean, easy to park, close to main attractions, nice neighborhood, host extremely hospitable and responsive, generous amount of amenities. Highly recommend!!
This was the perfect place for our family during our visit to Chicago. It was on a quiet street in a great part of the city. Location was perfect for all we had planned during our trip.

Great location, easy check-in, great communication
Great location, easy to get to from the L and bus, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hosts were quick to communicate and checked to see if we needed anything. As described in the listing, you can hear a family above but only occasionally. Overall a great base for exploring Chicago!
Quick visit to see our son, this place was perfect!!! Close to where he lived, restaurants, grocery store, and parks. Great neighborhood!! Would definitely stay here again!!
Great location, attentive owners, awesome rental. We really enjoyed our stay and if weāre ever back in Chicago for a weekend, weāll be checking this place for availability!
Overall a great stay for our family of four! Property owners were extremely responsive with extra touches in the bathroom and kids toys/supplies. Would definitely recommend!!
We enjoyed our stay at the BnB. It was in a great location & had lots of things within walking distance. Justin was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.
The property was great for our family of 4. I appreciated the communication and the attention to detail. It was the perfect place to get away from the city noise while being in the city.
We had a lovely time at this rental. It was ideal location wise. Plenty to walk to and VERY family friendly neighborhood with a close by park which was ideal for us. Communication with host was great and responsive for any of our needs.
This property is well maintained and contains everything we needed. The check in/ out process was especially convenient and straightforward. We would definitely stay here again.

About the host
Hosted by Justin Kreindler
I am a huge fan of Chicago. I love the food, the neighborhoods, and the convenience of having everything nearby. My wife and I have chosen to raise our kids without a car, so we built our lives around the bus and L lines. I am a committed community member, so much so that I ran for alderman (city council member in Chicago). I've worked in most neighborhoods around the city, and if you are interested in venturing out of the Northside, Iām happy to make some recommendations.
Why they chose this property
This is a very nice apartment. Because we often host family and friends, we have made every effort to make sure the place is functional, comfortable, and feels like home. We live upstairs so clearly we love the neighborhood. We are a block from the grocery store, and within two blocks from several great restaurants.
What makes this property unique
Our house is solar-powered. We also offer our guests Brooklinen towels.
