Our stay was very nice. The place is super clean! The location was perfect for our needs. A bonus was the supply of coffee — Much appreciated, and needed. :)

Thank you so much, Leann, we appreciate your feedback. We have 12 locations available and hope to see you soon.
The apartment is clean and has the essentials. Be prepared to have your phone flashlight on when you’re going up the stairs. The hallway lights go out before you reach the top. There was lots of coffee available.
Friendly suggestion to improve the future guests experience. Add additional forks (we made it work with 3 forks) yet, if you had more than 3 guests that could be difficult. Add a fan Change salt and pepper shaker to ground salt or pepper. Currently have whole peppercorns and course salt in shakers. That needs a grinder salt and pepper set to be useful. Add cookie sheet pan Need hand soap in bathroom Refill body wash. (Was empty) Consider a higher quality kitchen and chairs in the future. Current table looks nice yet, extremely uncomfortable to eat a meal at or to use for additional living room seating. Overall a good experience!
The place worked well enough for our weekend stay. I could be wrong, but the beds do appear to be full size and not queen size. The windows were all cracked when we arrived, and it took some effort to get them all closed as it was one of the muggiest days of the year in Chicago. The parking situation was confusing, given the instructions mentioned a parking pass, but the parking is actually in a lot out back. This is likely because the check in, check out and other instructions we received were for another property in Wrigleyville. The property is also not in Ravenswood, but firmly in East Albany Park. The windows are thin. Make sure you bring some noise cancelling earbuds unless you're used to city noise. Wasn't a problem for me, but definitely was for my wife. Also, the motion activated lights on the stairs left us stranded in the dark multiple times as the sensor is located only at the top of a long staircase. Fine during the day, but scared my poor three year old almost to years when it first happened. Also just kinda unsafe, but more a minor annoyance than a deal-breaker.There was also an AI "painting" of the cloud gate on the wall, which was just really weird honestly. You're probably considering this place for the price. It's fine to pinch a few pennies, but you're very much getting what you pay for in this place. The host was very quick to communicate and super pleasant though, and that made it much more bearable.
