Chalet agrĂ©able avec trĂšs belle vue sur la chaĂźne du Mont Blanc. Literie de qualitĂ©. Vaisselle et matĂ©riel de cuisine suffisants. Un seul frigo un peu juste. Une cuisine exigĂŒe. Le sol de l'ensemble du chalet est recouvert de moquette sombre et "usagĂ©e": non adaptĂ© Ă  la montagne. Un sous-sol trĂšs austĂšre!

Le chalet, d un confort trĂšs correct, offre une vue sur le Mont Blanc Ă  couper le souffle Ă  toutes les heures! Balcon trĂšs accueillant permettant de dĂ©jeuner Ă  10 sans problĂšme. Literies trĂšs confortables.😀😀 Seul bĂ©mol : cuisine un peu petite et four trĂšs haut!! Accueil trĂšs agrĂ©able.

prachtige streek, het huis is aan renovatie toe.

Het huis is oké, maar het vast tapijt is niet fris meer. De keuken is veel te klein. Er stond in de advertentie dat er 3 badkamers waren. eigenlijk zijn het er maar 2. De douche die in de gang geïnstalleerd is kan je niet echt een badkamer noemen. De bedden zijn prima en het terras en de tuin zijn heel mooi. het huis is DRINGEND aan renovatie toe !

Ce sĂ©jour Ă  Cordon a rĂ©pondu Ă  toutes nos attentes de rĂȘve! Le chalet dĂ©gage une atmosphĂšre si sympathique que l'on se sent de suite comme chez soi, et l'on y trouve tout le confort souhaitĂ©. La vue Ă©poustouflante ajoute au plaisir du sĂ©jour. La piscine est trĂšs agrĂ©able et Ă  bonne tempĂ©rature. La distance pour le village Ă  pied par le sentier est idĂ©ale (10 Ă  15 min). Piscine et chalet sont entretenus soigneusement par Colette dont l'accueil et la prĂ©sence chaleureuses agrĂ©mentent le sĂ©jour. Un autre rĂȘve: revenir! 22 aoĂ»t 2018 Anne et GĂ©rard Tourtelot

Super cabin, a wonderfully well equipped place!

A great chalet which fulfilled our expectations. We were worried the kitchen was a bit small, but it worked out fine! The crockery and cooking pots and pans available is great. There is everything you might need. The chalet itself is comfortable and well furnished. And the 15 minute drive to the Portes du Mont-Blanc ski pistes was fine. The chalet made the ride more than worthwhile. We definitely recommend it!

Quelle vue magnifique !

Notre semaine de vacances dans le chalet s’est trĂšs bien passĂ©e. Nous sommes bien tombĂ©s concernant la mĂ©tĂ©o (soleil pendant 5 jours). Cordon est un joli petit village. Super pizzĂ©ria en arrivant le samedi. On ne peut pas en dire autant du loueuse de ski « la Godille », pas agrĂ©able et pas trĂšs honnĂȘte
 Le chalet est bien Ă©quipĂ©. La grande salle est trĂšs conviviale et sa baie vitrĂ©e nous offre une vue magnifique dĂšs le rĂ©veil. La terrasse doit ĂȘtre Top en Ă©tĂ©, nous en avons profitĂ© que le temps d’un petit cafĂ©. Les literies sont bonnes. On peut regretter une cuisine assez petite avec un frigo mini pour 12 pers (celui du bas dans la lingerie compense malgrĂ© tout).

een dikke tien!

een schoon huis, ruim, en een prachtig balkon met uitzicht. het zwembad was een feestje. en alle keukenspullen en servies was ruim aanwezig. alles wat je wenste was er! Bergtochten kon je vanuit het huis starten. en met de verrekijker die er was kon je de bergbeklimmers de Mont-blanc op zien gaan. bakkertje en supermarktje op loopafstand. geen enkel minpuntje te bedenken!

An ideal choice for a memorable family holiday.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a fortnight in this comfortable and homely chalet. It has very good facilities and the balconies, well-kept garden and great pool add to the comfort and enjoyment on offer. The view of the Mont Blanc range is stunning and ever-changing according to the weather and light conditions. The village is friendly, with a good choice of small shops and restaurants. Laurent was very helpful and efficient in email exchanges. This is an ideal choice for a memorable family holiday.

Beautiful Chalet!

Fantastic Chalet in a lovely Alpine village with truly breathtaking views. Although the website photos are excellent, they don't do the views or the chalet justice. It is such a beautiful place. Great swimming pool with views to Mont Blanc. The Chalet is very well appointed with everything you could need for a self catering holiday as a large group. We were a mixed group of 11 friends and family and there was plenty of space for all of us. Good showers, plenty of warm water etc. Great wifi. Laurent was very helpful in the run up to our holiday. Cordon is a lovely little village with a small supermarket, pizza restaurant and local bar. Easy access to Sallanches for larger shops etc. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Logement correspondant à l'annonce, bien décoré, bien meublé. Propre et entretenu. TrÚs belle vue sur le massif du mont blanc. Suffisamment de place pour se garer à 4 voitures.

I grew up in France but now reside in California with my wife and 3 daughters. My brother and I co-own this chalet.

Why they chose this property

Property was built by my grand parents in 1970. It is a traditional mountain chalet made of Norwegian pinewood. It is located next to a creek with an incredible front view of the Mont Blanc. At sunset you can enjoy seeing the mountains turn from orange to pink depending on the season. If you like skiing, you will be able to enjoy easy access to the slopes of Megeve (4 miles away).

What makes this property unique

The view is second to none. The chalet itself is in very good condition. Being made entirely of wood, it feels very cozy when it is cold outside.
