This adorable one bedroom , one bath , 2nd story condo boasts all the comforts of home ..plus amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico! Daily free BEACH SERVICE!!!! ..no more hauling chairs and umbrellas down to the Beach! Your umbrella and 2 chairs await you! PADDLEBOADS and KAYAKS are also available to rent on the beach behind the condo from the same beach service that offers your beach chairs!! Sunscreen also provided, located in the bathroom medicine cabinet. You'll find beach toys, floats, nets, chairs, and an umbrella on the closest.
From the new Serta sleeper sofa (with added 4 ‘memory foam topper ) and swival chair (added Sept 2024), to the very comfy king size bed and furniture, (added Dec. 2022) you will have a difficult time saying no to this fantastically priced beach front gem. Enjoy shrimp boils in the fully stocked kitchen...or enjoy a cocktail on the balcony in new chairs (added Dec '24). Grill that perfect steak on the balcony charcoal grill outside which we provide as well for a surf and turf night!! All the supplies you need for grilling are provided. You're just steps away from the sand....the Beach is calling your name! Please come and enjoy !

This is a great little condo full of extras. From the snack pack that welcomed us on the breakfast bar, to the bathroom stocked with sunscreen, toiletries, first aide kit, body spray, and so much more. The bedroom closet held treasures too: plenty of beach coolers, extra beach chairs, and plenty of towels. The host is super responsive too.

Perfect beach view from the back Balcony! From moment we arrived it was super cute beach bungalow feeling! Owner was very accommodating and even offered to put up our groceries bc our flight got delayed. Condo had everything needed to cook almost anything,but we went out most nights. We did walk alot to the Pier on the beach and to Stewbys which is a local favorite for Seafood! Beach service which includes Big umbrella and two chairs was absolutely appreciated. Very good service daily! We shall return next year!

We loved it! Communication was great with the host. The condo practically screams "Welcome, relax, unwind" when you walk in the door. The owners have really gone beyond anything we would have expected. The location is spectacular, with the beach right outside your balcony, the bed was great, the air was good, it has a well thought out kitchen, with a full size oven and Stove (no dishwasher-these units really only have room for one big appliance) , big screen TVs, It also smelled wonderful. We were very blessed to stay here. EXCELLENT!

The condo was perfect. Nicely decorated and clean. It had everything we needed and more. Access to the beach can’t be beat! Cyndi is an amazing host! If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely be back.

Perfect Beachfront Stay

My friend and I stayed a couple days and the condo was exactly what we were wanting. It’s decorated so cute, the check-in/ check-out process was easy, the beach was fabulous and so nice to have the chair service included! would definitely go back!
