Entire 1BR apt, Sleeps 4, Wi-Fi, Close to Slopes

Hey Marcee, This is a small apartment, and it has all items needed for a comfortable stay for 4 people. It has wash cloth in the closet outside the bathroom, and I wish you'd contacted me if you couldn't find them, so I can guide you where they are. I believe this must be an mistake to say that there aren't enough glassware, as it's a full set for 4 people, given that's the maximum capacity of the apartment. It makes me wonder if somehow you've tried to stay more than 4 people. This is the first time in my 5 years owning the place and renting it out, to receive such feedback of lack of amenities and I'm sorry you feel this way and never reached out to me, to see what I can do to accommodate you better.

We're always ready to provide supplies, replace anything that needs attention, to ensure your comfort. Upon reviewing your concerns, we’ve inspected the unit and found no mold in the coffee machine, but we’ve thoroughly sanitized it to prevent any oversight. The duvet cover has been has been replaced, and there is always a few sets available in the closet, had we known, we'd sort it out immediately. I think our consistent 5 star reviews over the last 7 years, this is the first time we encounter issues like this, where we receive 1 star review like this. I'm sorry to hear you guys had a bad stay. Hey Tom, I'm genuinely sorry to hear that you didn't find the place to your level of comfort. To address some of your concerns: Our condo is located near the main East Vail road, which is mentioned in our listing, and some noise is to be expected, however this has never been brought up before to be an issue. Many guests appreciate the convenience this offers, but I understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to location. Washer and Dryer are both accessible and in a very convenient location, they aren't locked as the door can't be locked for them, I believe you're referring to the locked door next to the entrance, which is locked on purpose as it's the utility room, I believe this issue could have been resolved if you have called me or send me a message. I always thought the washer and dryer are easily recognizable behind the door next to the kitchen. There is spacious closet where you can hang or lay or your clothes in the bedroom with plenty of space, so again I'm not sure where this is coming from, perhaps you never looked behind the mirrored sliding doors in the bedroom. It's about 700sq. ft apartment designed for 4 people to stay comfortably, it's impossible to keep it stocked up as a main residence with all possible amenities you have in a regular residence. IF we do that, all space will be eaten up and given it's used for skiing, it will become uncomfortable. I'm sorry about your experience and I wished you'd contact me before, so I can point out the location of the washer/dryer and the closet.
