Perfect getaway. Hot tub, out door kitchen and Gourmet kitchen for all your need

Beautiful 3500 sqr ft home 10 min from down town and 15 from airport, Gourmet kitchen with 48" appliances and outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and hottub. Great for entertaining large groups. Movie room with 120" projection. 4 bedrooms. Hard woods and tile through out and with all brand new high end furniture. No neighbors directly behind so have privacy while you and your guest enjoy this beautiful home and all of Austin has to offer.

No parties at all permitted. Only guest that are staying at house are allowed to be here unless other wise discussed. Guest will be evicted with no refund if this is broken. Had recent issues with guest trying to throw a party at house and charge cover so have to be more strict.

Great Stay

This home provided everything we needed for our Thanksgiving getaway for 2 families. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and the backyard with outdoor fireplace was a nice place to just relax. We had everything we needed, and it is a close trip into downtown Austin.

This is a beautiful home!!! And Bryan was very easy to work with. We were attending our son's wedding in Dripping Springs and this was a perfect home for our family to stay and gather at. This was a convenient location to everything and the home is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL-beyond words!! Thank you Bryan for sharing your home and making this a wonderful wedding weekend!
