Stayed for two nights with two kids (6, 8) and the location couldn't have been any better for a winter fun home base. The weather didn’t stop us this Memorial Day. We had a great time in Conway in this terrific property. The owner was attentive to our needs and the place was in great shape. He had fun grilling, watching the Celts/Bruins, and exploring the shops! We will be back!

Perfect spot for a quick weekend in North Conway

Rustic cabin offering charm and comfort with a can’t beat location. Our family of four enjoyed the spacious accommodations. Our kids loved walking to the outlets and our pup enjoyed the woods and trails behind the house. Easy communication with owner and arrival/check-out. The upstairs is available only via a spiral staircase which may limit accessibility for some.

Fun and quaint little cottage style home

The place was in the middle of everything but felt woodsy. Lots of wood inside, it was very cute, older style. Not for thosel who have trouble with stairs. Bedrooms on second floor up a small spiral stair case, bathroom on first floor. It is a stand alone home with lots of lighting. We really enjoyed staying there.

Little Slice of heaven

We are in our 30s and love to stay at new places and snowboard new mountains. Just minutes from cranmore this was the property for us. It was smack dab in the middle of everything with shops and restaurants in abundance. It was a welcoming home with plenty of room a beautiful porch and plenty of amenities. We would and will stay again. 10/10 for us.

Great Place

It was great for us and our two older kids. We were comfortable and the experience was good. The Internet was not working while we were there, so I was grateful that I was not trying to get work done. The house had a DVD player so the kids didn't mind not having their normal streaming services.

Quaint Converted Barn

We arrived around 8pm and had a little difficulty finding the rental. I called Nanci who immediately answered the phone and guided up to the property. She stayed on the line until we made it in and made sure the rental was warm and cozy. It was very quaint, we fell in love with the floors and walls. It was located in the heart of North Conway right behind Settlers Green so we could walk to most places. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy house in perfect location

Love this house. It has everything I needed for my stay with my husband and our 2 dogs. The location is quiet and still only a short walk to settlers green. Nanci is a wonderful host and I couldn’t say enough good things about my stay. I’ll be back.

You'll feel at home the moment you walk in the door...a true home away from home. We have done our best to make sure the house has everything you might need from cookware to spices and everything in between.

The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor by a somewhat narrow set of metal spiral stairs ---THEY CAN BE TRICKY for elders and pets and it can be difficult bringing up large pieces of luggage.
