Our North Conway retreat is the perfect place for a group of family and/or friends to enjoy the slow living.
Our three bedroom (two full bedrooms & large sleeping loft) and three bathroom vacation rental is wonderfully located for exploring, with the Saco River, Diana's Baths, and ski mountains all located a short drive.
Shopping the outlets to eating local favorites, this beautiful bear themed townhome located in the woods, has something for everyone! Every season! Everyday!

PARKING: Driveway (for up to two vehicles). PLEASE park any and all vehicles over two (2) in the overflow parking lot located up private Suren Rd.

We had a great stay. The basement was a great space with the kids. The kitchen was stocked with any pots, pans, etc that we needed. As other reviews mentioned, the beds were pretty stiff but for a short stay, we managed. We would book again with our friends.

2022 Family Vacaton

We had a great time location is terrific right near everything in downtown North Conway area. We saw some wildlife , a bear and we also saw a mother deer and a little Doe which was exciting great place I recommend

Perfect home for our family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ryan's townhouse. It was very clean and comfortable and plenty of space for our family of five. (Including 3 teen-agers/young adults) The finished basement with an air hockey table was a nice bonus! We loved the location...it has a woodsy feel but is still very close to town and the mountain. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was nice, exactly how the listing was. Everyone had their own rooms and there was even toys for my 3 year old to play with which was fantastic. The owner was very friendly when messaging, close to all the restaurants and shops. Will definitely keep it on my list of future rentals

Perfect jump off point for North Conway

House was perfect for us. Kids loved having their own space in the finished basement. Plenty of beds and space for everyone. Communication with owner was very timely, even when we got a bit turned around finding the place! Location was great. Just secluded enough to be quiet and in the woods but only 10 minutes to downtown. We had a great time and would book here again.

Large house for family fun times in the mountains

We have stayed at this home twice with 3 generations of family. It accommodates everyone nicely with 4 floors of space. The grandkids like the kid toys, and we all love the air hockey table. The home needs some remodeling, but great value for the price. Ryan is responsive to questions and responds quickly.

Great Location - Great Communication

The listing is spot on - what you see if what you get. The location is perfect - located near everything! The pictures on the website look exactly like we found it. The condo was clean. Ryan, the property owner was friendly and responsive. There is plenty of room to spread out and spend time with family and friends.

A Fantastic Spot

A group of 5 friends and I stayed here for two nights to float the Saco and explore the Conway area. Ryan could not have been a better host. Our communications (while brief, since not much was needed) were easy and super friendly. The house was perfect for our group, we loved the space and the location. It’s a perfect place to call home base. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will hopefully have the opportunity to stay here again!

Had a good stay here. The living room is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything needed, and the basement is a solid place to hang out. The host was responsive and polite. Would recommend this to others. A couple downsides, though, some of the beds were supremely stiff and uncomfortable, the grill was dirty and out of propane and unable to be refilled while we were there, the driveway and area around the front porch were completely overgrown, and the back porch looked like it hadn't been swept in a long time. These were not dealbreakers, although the bed issue is not ideal.

Great stay in North Conway

Very happy with our recent trip to North Conway. Not only was this rental exactly as advertised it provided great access to everything you’d want to go/see in North Conway, it had tones of space for our 3 kids to hang out and relax. We had a blast playing air hockey and relaxing watching movies while it snowed outside. We had to reach out for help when we got to the unit and Ryan picked up right away! I will definitely be renting again in the future.

Great Place

We really enjoyed the stay in this beautiful place. Well maintained, clean, and close to everything that North Conway and the neighborhood has to offer. The condo is clean, has a lot of extra things like toys for kids and a hockey table for teenagers and adults. The whole finished basement is big playroom. My family and I, including a toddler and teenage boy, had a great time there. The host is also very nice and easy to communicate with. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your place. Regards, M.

Worked for what we needed.

Overall, this was a fine place. Large space and fit everyone comfortably (5 of us total) A few things could be updated/fixed up but generally speaking was fine. The outside grill is unusable, the finished basement has been updated recently but the smell in the basement prevented us from going down. The stairs to the loft are steep and small (one of our family members fell down the steps).

We booked our stay here last minute for a holiday weekend. Everything went seamlessly and we enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was in a secluded, quiet area, but close by downtown. It was clean and comfortable.
