About this property

This Is a smartly furnished, relaxing house close to everything that beautiful Montauk has to offer. We recently did an extensive renovation... new bathrooms, new floors, new A/C, painted, and new appliances. The house Is warm and relaxing and is drenched in sunlight. The living room, dayroom, kitchen, and half bath are on the first floor. The living room opens out onto the deck and a private backyard. Four bedrooms and two baths are on the second floor. The property is located just off West Lake Drive, near Montauk Downs Golf Course, and a short two minute drive to town, the marina, or the beach. During high season, for any stays of 5 weeks or longer, the rate is $6,500 per week. The house is also available for a full year rental at a rate of $8,000 per month. Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. However, would recommend some upgrades for all of the bedding and linens in the house (some were stained on the beds upon arrival) and silverware and kitchen appliances. However the location was very convenient to town and to Gosmans marina.

Cozy accommodations

We loved our stay at this house!! The location was perfect! 5 minute drive to town and close to great hiking spots!! The beds where so comfortable. The house has a very warm abs comfortable feel. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week with friends and family!

Beachy but shabby

We enjoyed our time in montauk but the home is definitely in need of some fixing up. The downstairs bathroom is so mildew / moldy that we had to keep the door to it closed. The home is spacious and a big yard but the home and furniture are rundown.
