Mabel Rose is a two-story craftsman style home. The living room has a High Definition television with Comcast cable, WI-FI and Netflix movies. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter-tops. Screened-in porch. Home is close to Ocean City beaches, Historic Berlin and Assateague Island. The home has a large front and, back yards with private drive. There is a key-code on the back door for easy access. Unfortunately, accommodations aren’t available for your furry friends.

Very cute house. Lots of sitting area and multiple driveway access. Host was very accommodating and provided a thorough walkthrough. Would definitely insider staying there again when going to Ocean City.

Short but sweet stay

In town for a wedding—this house is a gem. Full of old -fashioned charm!! Central air is top notch. Hummingbirds greet you in the morning. Charming.

Quiet and Comfortable

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful and historic. Plenty of space and clean. We all slept comfortably in the beds.E.C. Lives right next door and is available if you need anything. He was super informative and such a nice host! The property is quiet and well maintained.We would definitely love to stay here again if we are in town. Highly recommend!

The perfect home

This house was wonderful. The well organized home was perfect and my stay was wonderful. From pulling into the driveway to see so many plants in bloom, to the comfortable beds I enjoyed my stay immensely.

Great place

This is the second time we stayed here. This place is so nice. It is minutes from Salisbury business area and only 30 minutes from Ocean City. E.C. is a great host. He is very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. If you are ever in the area I highly recommend this house.

Very nice house

An attractive, restored, clean 1930s house that looks like a farmhouse from the outside, with a big front porch, set back on the street on a large grassy lot. Nice wood floors and finish on the inside. Very homey. It’s the second time we rented there, we wanted to go again. Much better than a hotel for same price. A great home base to go to Assateague beach. The city has bars and restaurants to go to. It’s a nice getaway.

nice old house

The house is faithfully represented in the photo. Inside it's nicely done with wooden floors, painted interior, up-to-date maintenance, good kitchen supplies, and a nice screened front porch so that cars passing by 50-100 feet away, can't see in. It's like an old country house plopped into an urban area, although the houses are separated more than an urban neighborhood. Nice grounds. A very pleasant house to be in, hopefully we can get back to it. It is not far front the center of Salisbury, so there are lots of amenities around. But it still has a rural farmhouse feel to it. Very friendly owner who was concerned about all the features of the house. We stayed there to go to Assateague Beach an hour away; a lot cheaper than beachfront property.

E.C. was an amazing and gracious host! Check-in was simple with a thorough walk-through. The house is very clean and laid out nicely; beds are comfortable and it has most everything you'll need. It's a great central location. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

E.C., host, is super friendly and lives next door. The place is large and the beds comfortable. We came for a baseball tournament and the location was ideal. Close to the fields and plenty of eating options nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely house, great location

We had an weekend event at the Wimoco center, and booked this house. The house was clean, spacious and well maintained. The owner was communicative and helpful - he lives next door, but never intruded. The walk the the Wimoco center was about 3/4 mile, and was almost completely on sidewalks. We would definitely rebook in the future.

What a great place

The owner was so kind and walked us through everything, even setting all of us up on the wifi and streaming apps. The house was really clean, and had a perfect location for our visit. Will definitely be back next year

Super cute place with a gracious host who lives next door. Enjoyed playing board games & reading on the screened-in porch while watching & listening to the birds. Would definitely stay here again.
