A luxury villa over 360 sqm with a garden of over 1000 sqm situated in a peaceful community near Athens and very close to the Ancient Temple of Poseidon in Sounio.

The location of this villa is in the beautiful bay of Tourkolimano near Sounio with a spectacular view of Saronikos Sea.

It also has unlimited view of the sea from its balconies. There are 3 beaches only 80m away without having to cross the highway which is above the bay.

The property has four large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one smaller with its own bathroom one living room with a dining table,and one living room with a bar and
a fireplace, both of them have 55 inch Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen and a lift.

Nearby are free sports facilities (Tennis, basketball, mini-football) and a children's playground. Also, within a short driving distance 6 Km there is the picturesque village of Palaia Fokaia where there are plenty of organized beaches as well as local restaurants and fish taverns, super markets etc.

Athens International airport is around half an hour drive.
