Beautiful Beach bungalow with views of the beach
Beautiful 792 sq ft 2 bedroom 1 1/2-bathroom bungalow with views of the beach and Gulf in the highly sought after, Sea Isle subdivision. It s perfect for small families or couples looking to get away to the beach on a budget. Cute and comfortable with fun beachy decor throughout the home. This home has a wraparound porch, outdoor shower, charming landscape and patio area downstairs for entertaining. There is a half bath downstairs with a washer and dryer. We provide all linens and bath towels, you just need to bring beach towels. Easy walk to the beach or rent a golf cart. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need for a perfect stay. You will feel like you are right at home.
Both bedrooms have queen beds with Simmons Beautyrest Platinum Plush Pillow top mattresses, closet, and dresser. In the living room, there is plenty of places to sit and rest. We have 3 sofas, a Queen Sofa Sleeper made of quality memory foam, a rattan sofa and a futon. Also, there are 2 comfy chairs. There is an antique bar with bar set up, all you need is your favorite alcohol. We also have Xfinity WIFI and 140 channels to view.
Downstairs you can barbecue with a Weber Charcoal Grill and relax feeling the gulf breeze as you sit down in our conversation area. We have yard games in the utility room, such as horseshoes. We also have chairs for you to take to the beach. Don’t worry about it when it gets dark, we’ve got you covered as the party lights will allow you to continue in the dark. 2 day minimum stay.
Sea Isle Community - This community is steps away from the beach and accessible to many amenities the community has to offer. Guests have access to the public beaches (3 different access areas), community pool*, tennis/pickleball court, playground, sand volleyball court. There are several restaurants around and in the neighborhood. On weekends the Marina area features live music. There are three (3) areas located at the marina which offers food, The Sand Bar, The Oasis and upstairs the West End Restaurant.
The lighted fishing pier is a one of a kind experience. The sunset is breathtaking on the fishing pier. Not to mention our marina and boat launch. They also have a fully stocked general store for all your grocery needs, and offer a full service bait shop and marina, complete with 4 ton lifts, electric, water supply, and quality marine grade fuel.
Sea Isle is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood which is buzzing with activity in the summertime.
*The Sea Isle pool is open from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend and during spring break, dependent upon the weather. If you choose to have access to the pool, a $100 pass may be purchased at the pool area. The pass covers up to 10 guests for one week. Pool Address is 21704 Burnet, Galveston, Texas 77554. Pass must be purchased during the week day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Phone: 409-737-2438.

Directions: Take I-45 to 61st Street and exit. Take 61st Street to Seawall Blvd/FM 3005 and turn right. Take FM 3005 approximately 20 miles to Sea Isle and turn right on San Jacinto. House is on left hand side of San Jacinto about 1/3 of the way down.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set the thermostat to 80 degrees in summer and 60 degrees in winter.
If you use the BBQ Pit, you must clean it out.
All trash must be in bags. Guests are to put trash can to the road, with the address facing the street. Trash collection Monday morning and runs from 7:00 a.m.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
