* Lake access
* Fishing -due to HOA strick rules, fees and fines they hand out, fishing of guests in our subdivisionwill not be aproved. We recommend nearby public lakes: West Lake, Dowdy Lake, Parvin Lake, and Lake Bellaire.
*Boating, including (kayak, canoe, john-boat) are allowed on the lake. No gas motor boats allowed. Boat cannot have any gas options and be on the lake. (boats not provided).
*No ATV's allowed on subdivision roads unless they are property owners licensed/registered with HOA. Fines are given for unauthorized ATV's
* Hiking trails
* Full kitchen - glass top range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee pot, and more.
* Bed linens, towels, washcloths, hooks in each bedroom to hang towels to dry
* Internet access / Wi-fi 32 mb

Great Cabin for a Weekend Getaway

Crystal Lakes is a beautiful location and the property was very nice and comfortable. LeeAnn was attentive and helpful especially when we got locked out. I would definitely come back here!

Perfect for large family getaway

We absolutely loved the property and location! The room layouts were perfect for our family and extended family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Leeanne was easy to work with and very nice. We will definitely return next year.

peaceful family getaway

This was the perfect space for a relaxing family getaway! There were plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone. The dining room was spacious enough for all 12 of us. The deck and patio had lovely views of the lake. It was just what we were hoping for!

Beautiful views

The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The views of the lake are beautiful from the house. You do have to walk/drive down several roads to actually access the lake. It is also $40 per person per day to fish in any of the lakes. We did have fun fishing and taking our pack rafts out on the lake. The additional cost to fish was the biggest surprise. We had 6 guests and had to specifically ask for access to all the bedrooms for privacy and comfort for our guests. I had never encountered a situation where bedrooms would be locked based on the number of guests we RSVP’ed. To be fair, the host did give us access to all the bedrooms once I contacted her, but with an uncomfortable assertion that I was trying to sneak additional guests in. I wonder if the host has had bad experiences renting in the past. Overall, I would recommend this property. Just be clear that there are three bedrooms with all single beds and one room with a queen bed and you need to clearly communicate with the host ahead of time your planned sleeping arrangements.
