Whether you travel through South-Eastern Finland or plan a longer or really long stay with any purpose, we are happy to be at your disposal and gladly offer you to stay in our cozy, bright, renovated, full of life and positive emotions apartment in Kotka with perfect location, sport and outdoor facilities all around the area.

The whole apartment is at your full disposal. 76 square meters, 3 separate rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living room), kitchen, 1 bathroom (with bathtub), spacious balcony, 3rd floor of 3, LCD TV, Russian TV channels, Apple TV, free unlimited WI-FI, workplace with 24" monitor, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, stove, cooking panel, coffee machine (Delonghi), iron, ironing board, washing machine, electric chimney with heating fan option, reserved only for you parking place plus large parking nearby, silent and cozy.

Playpen-bed and high chair for kids are available on request. We are ready and glad to be useful to you!

Beds' sizes:
1. sleeping room - 180 cm * 200 cm, half of the bed with hard mattress, other - with softer mattress.
2. living room - folding sofa, 133 cm * 180 cm.
3. small room - bed 96 cm * 190 cm, kids bed - 80 cm * 155 cm.

New blankets and pillows. Pillows are of 2 height types. It's everything there for your comfort :)
