Explore the city with all its wonderful shops & galleries with restaurants and exciting nightlife, all within walking distance of Playa Bonita.

Casa de Risa vacation location of Puerto Vallarta located on the second floor of the building has 1300 sq. ft of living. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender and the kitchen counter is also a breakfast nook with bar stools. You will also find a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, wireless internet and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The dining room has seating capacity for 4. In the living room, you will find plenty of seating area, a sofa, love seat and chair, as well as ceiling fan, flat screen television with cable and DVD player and a CD player. You can step out to the terrace and enjoy your evening cocktail and watch the world famous Puerto Vallarta sunsets in the Bay of Banderas, or sip on your morning coffee.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, closet space, work desk with chair, flat screen television with cable, ceiling fan, air conditioning, alarm clock and a private bathroom.

Note that the property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach. Unit is also next to a gay hotel with entertainment at night until no later than 11:30pm.

All guests registered to stay in this unit are required by the administration of the complex to wear an arm bracelet during the entire time of their stay. The arm bracelet must be returned to the PVRPV concierge and / or the front desk at the time of check out.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge.

You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
