This beautiful Condo is right behind the famous hotel strip. You really can't find a better location because you do not need to rent a car!
Aruba's main beach is just a 2 minute walk away, as well as all shopping malls, restaurants, souvenir shops, casino’s and night life.
This modern and clean ground floor Condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Your cozy private patio is right by the large shared pool with many lounge chairs.
Inside the condo we also offer beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for you to bring to the beach.

This condo is located at "Las Islas" condominiums, a gated and secured 14 condo building next to Palm Beach Plaza Mall and behind the High-Rise Hotels (Hyatt in particular). Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom so this condo is perfect for three couples or a family. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other 2 bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
The master bedroom has a large balcony that overlooks the pool.
The open kitchen is fully stocked and has all you need to prepare your meals at home. Dishwasher, stove, extractor, microwave, blender, coffee machine, fridge, it's all there! The living area is comfortable, spacious and light and all airconditioned.
There is a cozy patio right in front of your glass sliding doors so you can have a great breakfast outdoors or keep an eye at your family members in the pool.
There is a shared BBQ grill by the pool to help you make great meals at home.
The pool is very clean and fresh and has partly shade and partly sun so you can enjoy either.
The building is very safe and has camera surveillance and your vehicle can be parked safely inside the electronic gate.
To make you vacation perfect, there is also a facility with a washer-dryer available so you can pack light (FREE).
We are masters in cleanliness, so this condo is spotless.

NOTES:
There is a cleaning fee of $230 USD (cash) upon check in. This fee covers both the preparation and cleaning of the condo before you arrive and the cleaning after you leave.

Please take the time to read our house rules, we rent homes for relaxing family vacation and absolutely no parties or events allowed.

We advise you when you book your ticket to directly take out travel and cancellation insurance, both for the trip and for the rental of the house. With the insurance, you will be protected from financial loss if a booking is cancelled or cut short is case of any emergencies.

We understand the need to be flexible in these uncertain times when traveling is more stressful than usual, so we have changed our cancelation policy to the most flexible one and will even refund after the policy date if borders close or there are travel restrictions.
However, please understand it is devastating for any home owner to be canceled last minute and loose their rental income for the week, so please try to cancel as early as possible if you are uncertain about traveling.
