Why they chose this property
The property was built with great care and personal touch by my father who is a civil engineer throughout my childhood. The property is an exact mirror image of the other half which supposedly in the future my sister and me could split in half should we decided to.
What makes this property unique
What is really unique, is looking the clear sky while sitting on the patio overlooking the stretched lawn and listening to the sounds of nature. The house is in an area where neighbors are very rarely nearby, thus, it is an opportunity for the experience to enjoy the tranquility and relaxation a family needs. Long hours outside on the patio, late in warm nights and smooth music coming from the living room is an invaluable time of the day that many would consider a luxury.
There is big space for many families to enjoy the cleanest beach near Athens while having the opportunity to explore the center of Athens in 30' drive.
