About this property

Port Charlotte - 3 Bedroom Home - Enclosed Heated Pool - On Canal With Boat Lift

We purchased our future retirement home in May of 2018, at which time we upgraded all furnishings and began our remodel project.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, our home is a short pedal bike ride to the local beach or a short drive to other beaches, golf courses, speciality shopping, mall shopping, and many, many restaurants.

Our 3 bedroom home is located on one floor with 2 full baths and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home. The living room and each bedroom have flat screen TV's. We also have a Florida room which goes out to enclosed heated pool area. Our home is on a canal and has a boat lift.
