Walk to banks and shopping, Casino and Churches. Convenient to Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Port Everglades. 1 assigned parking space with lots of guest parking. Lovely clubhouse with exercise room and library. The swimming pool is large and inviting. 55 years and older. No pets and no smoking in the unit. Unit located on the 2nd floor steps to the elevator and laundry. $125.00 condo screening fee. Refundable security deposit of $1000.00. Seasonal renter only.
