About this property

A little beach front cottage

A charming little yellow brick 1970s beach front cottage has private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). A large back balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you'll can spend most of your time enjoying the beach, when you're not swimming. Culburra is a relaxing suburb. In summer Culburra is filled with people. In winter and autumn it slows down to only the locals (great time to enjoy a weekend away from the city).

Our little beach cottage gets lots of love! We sometimes update the furniture and décor, so what you see in the photos might vary slightly — but it’s always the same relaxed coastal vibe.

There are external security camera around the property. One facing the back yard, one facing the front yard and on facing the driveway / street. These are for security purposes only and are deleted regularly.

We love this cottage and location, the local area is stunning, not to mention the view that greets you each day. We loved watching the whales heading back down south with their babies, walks and swimming at the beach and lake. The house is well equipped and so comfortable. Hoping to book again!

Absolutely gorgeous stay! The house is beyond lovely and the view from the garden to the sea is stunning. We had an amazing time and there is so much to explore in a short distance from the house. Couldn’t recommend the stay more!

Every time we stay at Warrain Cottage we are so sad to leave and resume normal life, so we immediately start looking at dates for our next booking. Fantastic beachfront location with beautiful views, comfortable beds, tranquil, and all the amenities you could need.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay in this quiet time of year in this area. Great spot for beach access and a nice little back firepit and deck, heaters in each room. It is basic, but its a nice little beach cottage, and was a good weeks stay in a nice area.

Just perfect.

We had a lovely stay here. The property is very comfortable and well equipped. The location is superb, it's very easy to walk pretty much anywhere in Culburra. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place for our stay

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a great weekend, enjoyed the proximity to the beach and loved the simplicity of the house. Kids loved the bunk beds. Heaters were great as it was a cold and windy weekend and there were plenty of extra blanket, cushions etc if needed. Well equipped kitchen and really nice crockery. Will return!

Location, location, location

We stayed at the little beach cottage for a birthday weekend and had a wonderful time. We sat on the deck for most meals to enjoy the gorgeous of the water. Walks along the beach, BBQ and relaxation in cute surrounds. The beach house was very clean and was fully equipped. Privacy was better than we expected as the main windows of neighbouring houses don't look straight into the property. Would definately return. Thank you

Excellent for your family, relaxing and delightfully peaceful

The property is sweetly located near the sea. At the rear is a lovely area where you can indulge in a bit of morning and afternoon sun by the grass with a view of the blue sea. While we didn't use the BBQ it was available along with the sun-deck. Kids-room was well appointed, as was the bathroom and cleaning up facilities. Honestly the only minor complaint was a slightly loud door, which would bang gently in the wind - propping up something against it restored my ability to sleep. The host was very chatty (via text) and helpful ... so - thanks again.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed this cosy little cottage by the sea. Well appointed, comfortable and clean. Beautiful grassed area, bush land and view of the ocean, a little trail that takes you down to the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place

Luke's place though a bit older has all the amenities and the owner has spent money upgrading the facilities and appliances. The crockery and pots pans were all there. Unlike other places which have 6 cups and 10 Saucers ! The other consumables were all topped up even the Mosquito repellent and Firelighter. The place is literally walking distance from the beach and one can hear the waves breaking on the shore. We were very happy with the stay and would go back another time.

Great holiday at Culburra

A very enjoyable time was had at Luke's property. We spent the time just chilling out and enjoying the sea view out the back. Walks along the beach were a hi-light! Photos tell it all and it is a wonderful location, and well equipped property with provisions and cookwear. Highly recommended

A great little hidden treasure

WOW - fabulous weekend stay - we had our Grandchildren with us and the went to bed exhausted with everything that is available to do. This is one of the best located stayz we have had. It would be great for just chilling out with friends and we are very much looking forward to booking a return visit. Thank you for a great weekend

After living in Culburra Beach for 7 years, I've had to move back to Sydney for work. So I decided to allow others enjoy the superb lifestyle, which is Culburra, and put my house up for holiday rental.

Why they chose this property

Culburra is heaven. The house is small enough to be cosy and not over whelming, yet comfortable enough to be enjoyed either indoor or out. Its a real family home, with open space living, kitchen dining, and meals. So much natural sunlight in the house. But the real fun happens on the deck. I find myself spending 90% of my home time on the deck, reading, working, eating, living. With views of the ocean, a wine & cheese board is best enjoyed on the deck. Let the kids run in the yard, while you enjoy a relaxing summers day. With a private access path to and from the beach, your day will be spent, swimming in the beach, and relaxing on the deck.
