Recent enhancements include a fitted kitchen with granite worktops, induction hob and dishwasher, a newly fitted bathroom upstairs and a wetroom with underfloor heating on the ground floor. The cottage has gas central heating, instant hot water and a delightful courtyard garden with BBQ, table and chairs. There is off street parking for 1 car.

This cottage is deceptively large with two sitting rooms (1 with sofabed), dining room, kitchen and wet-room downstairs; unusual stairs split into two directions and lead to 3 bedrooms (double, twin and small single) and a main bathroom. The courtyard garden has a built-in BBQ, patio table and chairs for 6 and there is parking for 1 car via the rear access lane. Pet owners can bring 1 dog on request and for a small extra fee - pets are not allowed in the bedrooms.

Bude is an unspoilt resort on the north Cornish coast set in an area of great natural beauty. Summerleaze and Crooklets beaches are easily accessible on foot and Widmouth beach - popular with surfers, is just 3 miles along the coast. There is also a tide-washed natural swimming pool and beach lifeguards in attendance.
Close by there are public tennis courts, mini-golf, library, restaurants, pubs, a children's playground and a leisure-centre with indoor swimming pool and bowling alley. There are 4 large supermarkets in the vicinity and the cottage is almost next door to a post-office shop which is open 7 days a week. The River Neet and the Bude Canal are close by offering scenic walks and fishing (permit required).
