Apartment furnished with 1 bedrooms, 24 'tv with satellite dish, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, blender, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, utensils in general, ceiling fan or wall, bathroom, service area with tank and clothesline, collective barbeque, shower and closed parking.

Location: The apartments are located 600 meters from the beach of Tabatinga, between the cities of Caraguá and Ubatuba, near the beaches (Mococa, Cocanha, Maranduba, Lagoinha, Ponta Aguda, Caçandoca, among others).
