Margarita's Attic-The Loft Suite

A new country style, family run loftsuite 40 sq.m, situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Spartia, the Island of Kefalonia, in a quite location, ready to accomodate 2 persons. It is ideal for couples, as it is one space, but it may accomodate families with 1 or 2 childen as, 2 sofa beds are provided. The property is surrounded by olive, wild apricot and daphne trees. A place to visit & relax!
A food welcome pack including bread, milk, juice, fresh fruits & vegetables as well as a bottle of local wine, will be provided to our guests upon their arrival so they do not have to rush to the store.

A marvelous cosy country style attic in a quite location of the Spartia village, overlooking mount Aenos (Monte Nero) & the Ionian sea.

We are owners and the hosts of this lovely attic suite which is located on the 2nd floor of our house with a separe entrance and outdoor stairs.
We leave on the 1st floor of the house with our 2 children & our dog. This is an one space attic & it is ideal to accomodate couples but it may accomodate a family with 1 child.
Kefalonia is a miracle to the visitor, a small paradise on earth and we feel we are blessed living here. Having studied & worked in the UK, we have met many people from all around the world and have become familiar with many cultures. During our leisure time we play tennis, enjoy walking long distances and going to the cinema & theatre. Listening to classical music is of our great interests as well as chorus singing.
We also enjoy travelling a lot and as we have visited many destinations in Europe and the US, we feel very experienced travellers.
Our passion for eclectic hotels led us to create a place in style. Country details are prominent in all aspects of the attic's decoration. Unique furniture from the French wood craftsmanship company
"Country corner" are creating an chich atmosphere. Fine satin cotton linen, Laura Ashley towels & suberb Media Strom matress are part of the outstanding quality we provide.

We are looking forward to welcome you to our loft suite and we hope this will be the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy your holiday!

The area is quiet but the location of the house is very convenient as at the same time is just 1 min walk from the village main square where you may find 2 mini markets, 1 restaurant & 1 café Bar.
