Small farm / farm on 36,000 m2, embedded in the mountain, with a stream that cuts through the middle of the land, in front of the house, with a large stone that forms a waterfall (today with little water), but it already had a reasonable volume.
Brick house with 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms (1 can be a bedroom), with an internal bathroom and 1 external bathroom, rustic kitchen with sink / gas stove, and barbecue with wood stove and oven.
