Our family really enjoyed our popup family Christmas overnight and very glad there was an early checkin, late checkout option for a nominal fee, just to not feel rushed and get the benefit of staying longer! The house construction and beautiful knotty pine woodwork throughout is lovely! Thanks for the hospitality, we will be back!

Amy - we are so glad you and your family had a good time here! We do hope you return!
This is a beautiful home with walking access to the Saint Lawrence River. The communication with the owners was terrific and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We biked the loop from Clayton to Cape Vincent stopping at a few breweries, a light house and a winery. We then grilled out at the home and truly enjoyed the upper open deck with a full moon!

Thank you for taking the time to write this great review. We are so glad you enjoyed the beautiful 1000 islands area!
We had a wonderful time. Felt like a great hybrid of a family camp and comfortable and clean vacation house. Highly recommend for families with kids. Surprisingly quiet at night, and great porch for meteor-shower gazing! We ended up picking up a few things at the Watertown target after our first night to make it a little more comfortable (next time I would just bring them from home): a few inexpensive alarm clocks for the kids rooms, a set of bed sheets (I’m sensitive to scratchy sheets- no one else in our group minded the ones at the house), a rubber spatula, and some extra hand-dish towels). I offer this just in case is helpful for future guests.
