We have stayed in this condo several times and have always had a positive experience. The owner checked in with us on the first day to make sure everything was going well. We were bummed there weren't cookie sheets and she sent a friend to town and got some for us. I look forward to staying here again.The only negative to note was not the owner's fault, but the resort struggled to keep the pools filled. I'm not sure if there was a leak, or what was happening, but it was my second week at the resort this summer, and both weeks the "family" pool was mostly empty and unusable by mid-week. Since the resort gets crowded during the summer, it wasn't always a pleasant experience with all visitors in one pool.

This was our 3rd time staying at Las Palomas and this is my favorite condo we have stayed in! It is in a great location in phase II close to the elevators and garbage Shute. It is clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and has very comfortable beds. It was also great to be able to call the desk with any issues, check out towels, cleaning service, and pay with our wristbands. We would definitely stay here again if available in the future.
