This property is our premier beach property! Less than a minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to other local attractions like Arawak Cay, Nassau's City Centre and the Botanical Gardens. Property comes with a fully equipped kitchen - stove, microwave and fridge so you can prepare your own meals if you choose to do so.

Outdoor patio can be utilized as a smoking area (NO smoking allowed inside).
