This amazing oceanfront condo has a southern coastal charm with a relaxing atmosphere. This resort is in a securely gated complex on the desirable south end of Amelia Island in Summer Beach, located between the Ritz-Carlton Resort and the Omni Resort. The setting is in a lush coastal hammock forest with sand dunes directly on the beach. The developers purposely left much of the natural tree canopy intact to give a wonderful feeling of privacy and serenity, as well as preserve the beautiful habitat.

This romantic, luxurious getaway offers a relaxing and inviting ambiance. From the carefully selected decor to the magnificent unobstructed ocean views from every vantage point. You will feel your stress melt away.

The Private balcony is great for morning coffee and watching amazing sunrises or sipping refreshments in the evening as the sun goes down. From the second story, you have a perfect view of the occasional dolphin entertainment as they play along waves, as well as the natural wildlife throughout the dunes and beach.

Great amenities are included in this charming second-floor, one-bedroom retreat. A deluxe king-sized bed, luxury linens (sheets and towels), and new appliances including a full-sized washer and dryer. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen. Newly updated bathroom with a walk-in rain spa shower. For your convenience, we have provided two beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and a soft-sided cooler bag.

Other amenities are available at the Amelia Surf and Racquet Resort: Free parking directly in front of the building. There are 4 clay tennis courts, a boardwalk that brings you directly over the dunes onto the white sandy beaches, a shaded picnic area, and a bike rack located in the parking lot. Two large oceanfront pools to choose from with plenty of lounge chairs.

Other favorite things around the island you might want to explore are the amazing walking and biking trails, quaint shops and restaurants on the Historic Riverfront, award-winning golf courses, luxury day spas, and the many delightful eateries of all kinds.

Its a beautiful, clean condo with gorgeous views of the ocean from the living room, bedroom and balcony. The condo is well stocked with essentials. The beach theme throughout everything in the condo is beautifully done.The living room furniture and king sized bed were comfortable.Nancy was quick and responsive in communicating.There are lots of restaurants and shops worth exploring in Fernandina Beach. We were there beginning of March. The 2 pools were cold so did not use them.

The wonderful previous owners Cindy and Tony have moved on to an exciting new chapter in their lives, and we’re grateful to continue their legacy of care.

We’ve called Florida home since the early nineties and absolutely love the island lifestyle. Nancy grew up in Pennsylvania, and Christophe was raised in Switzerland — together, we’ve been married for 32 years with two beautiful grown children and share a passion for coastal living.

We personally own and manage this condo with the same love and attention we give our own home. Our exceptional cleaning team keeps everything spotless and inviting for your arrival. Our goal is simple: to offer you a relaxing retreat where you can unwind, soak in the peaceful ocean views, watch the spectacular sunrises, and enjoy all the natural beauty that Amelia Island has to offer.

The white sandy beaches and dunes are preserved and they kept all of the old winding oak trees that keep it so natural looking.
