A perfect family holiday house, with large living, lounge and kitchen. The glorious gardens and outdoor entertaining are the perfect place to kick back and relax. If venturing out you will only be a short stroll to the river, shops & restaurants.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

The kitchen and main dining room look out on to the glorious rear garden. With electric cooking, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all your basic cooking needs covered you can absolutely make yourself right at home. There is a generous dining table for 10 in the kitchen area and a dining table for 6 in the lounge.

LOUNGE
The lounge room is spacious with leather lounge seating for 10, a TV and a video/DVD player. The perfect place to gather with family or friends and enjoy quality time together.

HEATING & COOLING
Ducted heating/cooling at Clarence House will keep you comfortable throughout your stay.

BATHROOMS
The main bathroom features a bath and vanity with a separate shower and a separate toilet. The main bedroom offers an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.

Clarence House offers a large gas BBQ and an outdoor setting for 10. All this amongst a beautiful garden setting. You won't be disappointed!

Something rotten?

There was a VERY unpleasant smell in the entry area, the main living area and the kitchen area. It was almost mouldy or musty or perhaps something had died in the roof and was decaying. There were lots of flies in the living area despite us keeping the doors closed or only opening windows with fly screens. The bedrooms were OK and did not have the same smell. Our group has stayed here for the last 3 years. This is the first time there has been such a problem, but it needs to be fixed asap.

A great family stay close to everything!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this beautiful home with 4 adults, 4 children and it was perfect for us! Huge living spaces, dining spaces and a kitchen that is incredibly well equipped. Everything was super clean and comfortable. There was a huge range of DVDs for kids and adults which was perfect as there’s no wifi. It didn’t matter at all, the kids thought choosing DVDs was a huge novelty. The house was an easy walk to the waterpark and town centre. All pretty flat so it was easy to load the kids into the beach cart and get there and back.I can’t fault this house for a family getaway!

The house was big, plenty of space for us all, nice and clean and a great location. It was an older house but had everything you could need and I felt it was good value for money. We would definitely book to stay here again for our future visits to Bright. Thank you.
