Family Time.

We make an annual visit to Branson before Thanksgiving as a kickoff for the Holidays. This was of the most pleasant visits ever. The property was spacious and comfortable. We cooked our own meals and really visited. Instead of running around finding places to eat. We watched the traditional Holiday movies we enjoy, while feeling secure in a gated resort. The grounds are picturesque. It was great, according to the youngest guest.

The overall property was ok. However, when I booked the condo, I did not see anything about an activity center. The activity was nice. The condo was nice too it was just not cleaned well.

We tried using the blow up air bed for our grandson, it wouldn't hold air. Water pressure was not very good. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took our son and his daughter to Branson for the long 4th of July weekend. The condo we rented was very spacious and well kept. The beds were comfortable. I especially liked the ensuite in the master bedroom. We swam in the small pool in front of the tennis courts. It was great being away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. I would highly recommend this experience.

No locking interior bedroom doorknob

It was ok for us but some may not like that there wasn’t a doorknob on one of the bedrooms for them to lock the door.

Weekend stay

Overall the Condo was clean and neat with a good location from Branson and plenty of room. The AC window unit (heat) in a bedroom did not work. Only one extra blanket provided. Needed more. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Jacuzzi jets did not work.

Nice but not great

The bedroom with the extra external door needs an internal lock that can’t be accessed from the exterior. The shades were messed up in that room too, had to put a towel up to cover it properly. Master bedroom was hot, had no air flow with door closed.

It was an ok place.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice place for a 2 night stay, however the place could use some updating within itself. Some blinds were bent and or broke and maybe some new curtains that are a little more darker for when storms come thru. Also u can’t use the indoor pool even when the keys worked we got kicked out as it is for residents only but ad stated indoor pool.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't say I was impressed with this unit. It was suppose to be a gated community. The gates were never closed the 4 days we were there. I've seen a lot better units for the price. The walls were dinged up and was not furnished well. Location was not clearly identified as we thought it was in Branson. Lacked sufficient handrails for getting in and out of the bathtub/whirlpool.

Weekend get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this same condo before and loved it. But this time wasn't as satisfied. The bed in the master bedroom the mattress was so hard it made my hips hurt. I had to get up and go sleep in the other bedroom. The second night we both slept in the guess bedroom. I'm short but the couch wasn't even comfortable it wasn't very wide so you couldn't even curl up on it. Its starting to show wear and tear. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.
