overlooks Pioneer Park – the site of Bight’s old mini horse-racecourse from 1914-1945. Today Pioneer Park is home to many sporting events & festivals, including The Brighter Days Festival, Brights Iconic Hot Rod Run.

Both bathrooms have heated towel racks. There is ducted heating/cooling throughout the house, an electric fire, and a comfortable L shaped sofa in the living room, a television with a DVD player and a Bluetooth boom box speaker that can connect to your iphone or ipad.
The large kitchen & open plan dining/living area has all the cooking facilities you will need for short or long stay, including electric oven/cooktop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Coffee pod Machine (complimentary assortment of coffee pods provided) as well as all cutlery & cooking utensils you could possibly need .
Laundry facilities are available including an ironing board, iron, clotheshorse & front loader washing machine. All towels/linen are included in your stay. Dining room table with four chairs, bar stools at the breakfast bar, computer desk & chair in the lounge, an outdoor table & 2 chairs on the patio at the front of the house, with another outdoor setting & BBQ out the back beside the carport.
There are some basic complimentary pantry, laundry & showering provisions provided, including: salt, pepper, sugar ,olive oil, coffee pods, with Eco friendly laundry detergent & shampoo/bodywash provided.
There is an external lockable storage room off the carport with hanging space for 4 push-bikes or storage for skis/boards or anything else you may need to lock away.
There is a carport that will shelter one car, and space for off the street free parking for another 1-2 vehicles.

In Bright you will find a host of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars and brewery, retail shopping, bike hire, and Centenary Park on the ovens river – a popular place to visit during the summer months.
