About this property

In popular Arakoon and only a short stroll to the beach, sit back, relax and enjoy this well presented and maintained home. Air-conditioning, polished timber floors and a large living area which includes Wifi, Foxtel to promote a relaxed lifestyle after a day at the beach. The dining area flows from the brand new kitchen onto the rear deck overlooking the back yard. Perfect for entertaining, the timber deck has an outdoor setting and a BBQ.

All three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom is located upstairs with its own ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed whilst the third bedroom has two sets of bunks. We don't supply linen, all the beds have mattress protector, pillow case, pillow, quilt and quilt cover. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels, bath mat, tea towels You will also need to bring your own washing powder, kitchen detergent, rubbish bags, soap and toilet paper, etc.

Please note this property is Pet Friendly , however your furry friends must remain outdoors.
Under no circumstances are you furry friends allowed inside.

This property even has a koala in the far back tree that you may spot and a friendly echidna that lives in the yard.

Whether you love fishing, swimming, scuba diving or taking in a bit of history at the Trial Bay Gaol, this is a great place to escape for the weekend. If you're into bird watching, the nearby headland is a haven for fantails, wrens and honeyeaters while hawks, falcons and ospreys soar above the cliffs and forage along the beaches.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Additionally, guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal necessities.

Firstly I will say the property manager was great to deal with. Unfortunately this property requires some maintenance and a declutter. Also, the cleanliness of the property on check in was not up to scratch.

Relaxing property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
