About this property

LBI Beach House, 4th from ocean, 3 bedrooms

We welcome you to stay at our vacation home, located just 4 houses from the beautiful, sandy beach of Long Beach Island.
The beach house is comfortably neat and clean, with central air conditioning. It is fully furnished, well-maintained and has a well-equipped kitchen. The house is a duplex with each floor consisting of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This listing is for the second floor unit, with second floor deck and entry at the rear of the house. With sufficient advance planning, it's possible to rent both floors to sleep a maximum of 16 people.
New living room chairs and new carpeting were purchased in 2018. New living room queen sleeper sofa in 2020. Ceiling fans are installed in each room. Our kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, plates, cups, utensils, pot & pans, wine and margarita glasses, etc. We offer a washing machine, flat screen TV with Blu-Ray & DVD player, cable TV service with expanded channel selection, free wireless internet, and a nice selection of books, DVDs, puzzles and games for your enjoyment.
The fenced backyard includes a Weber gas grill, 2 large picnic tables with table umbrellas, and outdoor furniture. The outdoor shower, with changing area, is great for rinsing off that wonderful LBI beach sand.
We provide 2 beach chairs and 5 beach badges for the life guarded beach. (No badges necessary for children under 12 years of age.)
The bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and two sets of twin beds. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. Guests provide their own towels and bed linens. There is off-street parking for 2 cars.
We are located within easy walking distance of the Acme supermarket and Skipper Dipper ice cream parlor. It's only minutes to Fantasy Island amusement park, mini-golf, wonderful restaurants and interesting local shops.

I have been going to LBI with my daughter and her family for years now.. This house had to be in the top 3. It is because of its: Location LOCATION did I say location.. from the beach, from dinning out to entertainment. Very well kept, extremely clean and GREAT BEDS if you don't think that is important oh but it is!!!!! for someone with a very bad back it could have been a nightmare...after a great day of sun and sand slept like a baby..got up with no aches n pains. one of the best weeks of my life. thank you

Another great year in LBI

This was our 28th year going to LBI, so we are well versed in rentals and this home and location were just perfect for us on a nice quiet street. The amenities and attention to detail were fantastic. It was clean, had very good working central A/C, and a lovely outdoor eating area with beautiful gardens and vine fresh tomatoes.

Beautiful home!

Our large family had a great week in this well kept home. Super clean & well equipped with everything you could need. The central air worked well & the backyard was big & beautiful. Gas grill out back clean & worked great for our BBQs! Short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants & attractions. I'm very picky & I didn't have one complaint about this house! Looking forward to renting again!

Great house and fabulous location

We had a fabulous Girls Weekend at this beach home. Your home is very clean, comfortable and cozy, which was a welcome addition to our long awaited girls getaway. An amazing location, 4 houses to an amazing beach with very nice and helpful neighbors. With Peahala Park being centrally located on LBI, we were only a short drive/bike ride to northern end light house and southern end amusements and beach end. We will definitely be back to enjoy this house again !!!

Great house and location

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week, and we had a great and relaxing time at the house and at the beach which was steps away. The house was super comfortable and completely clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We even extended our stay by a day and the owners were super flexible. We'll come back to this house next year if it's available

We had a wonderful stay at this home, it was very comfortable and clean. You cannot beat the location...literally 4 houses from beach and a short drive or bike ride to restaurants and fun!

We have been coming to this rental property for over 23 years and look forward to coming back each year. The unit is always clean and very inviting with lots of amenities and comfortable beds. The A/C was a blessing on the hot days, the clothes washer was a great convenience and the free Wi-Fi is really nice. The Gas Grill is great and we enjoyed making shish-kabobs with the cherry tomatoes from the garden.The location is fantastic with no main road to cross to get to the beach, the Skipper Dipper ice cream shop one block over and the new Acme just down the street. Over the years, we have biked the island from Barnegat Lighthouse, rented Jet Skis, enjoyed parasailing, rented crabbing boats and gone deep sea fishing. Now we get to look forward to LBI in 2016

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy this property because we have always loved Long Beach Island, having vacationed here with our families for many years. The beach is close and there are no streets to cross. The house is quiet, being far enough away from the busy Long Beach Island Boulevard and yet convenient to the Acme food store and Skipper Dipper ice cream parlor! With three bedrooms on each floor and a nice fenced backyard, there's plenty of room for family to enjoy getting together.
