The house was great - a good location that was very walkable to shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed. I really could not have asked for more. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
Excellent location, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for walking into town. Only down side is the air conditioning only had one vent in the hallway so the cool air did not reach the rest of the house.
Charming place easily walkable to the Plaza. Just as pictured; only sorry we couldn’t take more advantage of the enclosed patio and fireplace. Check in a very smooth. Home and kitchen fully appointed. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful stay in this home. Location was ideal for moving around on foot and do be sure to take the advice about needing a small car to tuck into the driveway! The back patio was just lovely for breakfasting and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner from our farmers market haul. A home that includes nice-quality bedding and towels gets a A from me. Thank you!

Online pictures were deceiving. Patio was not cleaned. New appliances sheets and towels were good. Needs maintenance. Some outlets did not work mold in bathroom. Many places to trip as floors were uneven and many step ups in entryways to other rooms would not stay there again.
This property is in a fantastic location for visiting Santa Fe. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the patio and private garden are a real plus. The host gave all information needed and everything was very straight forward. The only down side was the parking space - very tight - my daughter was in charge of that as I cannot reverse like that.Overall very happy with the stay and property.
The adobe home was charming and comfortable. We had easy access with the passcode. The home was clean and homey. The beds were comfortable. The private backyard was the perfect place for morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed (we supplied the groceries.)The Devargas Shopping Center was a 7 minute walk to grocery, restaurants and other shopping. It is a lovely home!
What a charming little nest of a place!!! I am a long time Santa Fe visitor and was so happy to share the Land of Enchantment with a friend who had never been to SF! The casita was clean, safe and had EVERYTHING we needed. We were close enough to the Plaza to easily walk. I do suggest maybe NOT walking back late at night..... If you want a TRUE adobe experience this was affordable, convenient and lovely. Especially the Patio in the early morning and evening (wish we could have used the kiva!). Our host was super responsive and easy to work with. Good bang for your BucK!!! A & well done.
We loved the character of Casita Carolina. It had all the comforts of home with an ecelctic, artistic decor. We were able to walk easily to downtown Santa Fe. Thank you for a memorable stay.
We Loved our staywhen we opened the door to this little Home we were So HappyWe were within easy walking distance to the Historic plaza area and galleries kitchen was well equipped ! We enjoyed an evening of cooking and building a fire in the fireplace.! Check in and check out was seamless
This house is an easy walk to downtown plaza area, the neighborhood is very quiet, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Great shower too. The driveway is as tiny as others have said. Multiple 1-2 steps might be hard for some, esp in the dark. Great stay!
Location is a short walk to the Plaza and also for us with a dog, close to several walking trails. Casita also has a fully fenced yard and back patio is setup nicely for grilling and eating outdoors. As has been mentioned in previous reviews and also by the owner parking can be a challenge. A neighbor parked across from the driveway and it was almost impossible to get into the driveway. Mobility issues would be a challenge as there are uneven floors, several steps and a narrow doorway into the bathroom. For us the Casita met all of our needs with a well stocked kitchen and a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring.
Despite frosty temperatures outside, the house was warm, welcoming and comfortable. A reasonable walk to restaurants and the Plaza, easy parking for a large Subaru in the small driveway, plenty of kitchen supplies.
Great location, we could walk to town. It was fun to stay in an adobe home with all of the modern conveniences. The bed could be a little more comfortable but otherwise we loved our time there. Great location to stay to enjoy Santa Fe, we can’t wait to go back.
We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were attentive to our needs and moved us to a new place when there was a repair that was needed at our original place. We would definitely stay at one of their properties again.
We stayed in a charming little adobe house. I can’t think of one thing that I’d change. For some travelers all the little step up or step down going from room to room might be a challenge.
