The Space

This spacious 1,800 sq. ft. penthouse-style suite sits on the third floor and features a private kitchen, living and dining areas, plus 4 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 3 full bathrooms — designed to comfortably accommodate larger groups while maintaining privacy and flow.

Guests enjoy access to the property’s signature amenities including the pool, rooftop lounge and bar, cocktail lounge, and garden space with yard games, food trucks, and live music. (Amenity hours available upon request.)

Inn Cahoots features five unique private units:
-Unit 4 – Single-level suite with 4 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 3 bathrooms
-Unit 5 – Similar layout to Unit 4 with a private outdoor patio
-Units 1, 2 & 3 – Larger split-level units with retractable walls and frosted glass garage doors that open directly onto the pool veranda for an indoor/outdoor experience
-Rent a single unit, combine multiple units, or reserve the full property for larger groups and events. All units are fully private and self-contained.
-The pool is reserved privately for each unit in 3-hour daily blocks, easily scheduled online. Rooftop bar hours vary — please inquire for current availability.

Because our space is highly flexible, the cleaning fee functions more like a room rate tied to the number of bedrooms or areas utilized. If the space is used only for meetings or events (not overnight lodging), the cleaning fee may be adjusted or waived.
