🌙 Midnight Wonder 🏔️ Twinkling Valley Lights, Hot Tub & Resort Pool
Why You'll Love this Mountain Escape: * Pigeon Forge scatters into a valley of light below the deck once the sun goes down * Game room with a pool table, air hockey, and a pub table upstairs * Two king suites, one with a two person jetted tub * Five person hot tub facing the same open valley, plus resort pool access at Star Crest * Queen sleeper sofa off the main level living room rounds out sleeping for 6 * Professionally managed with local support throughout your stay.
The name gives it away: once the sun drops, the valley below fills with the scattered lights of Pigeon Forge, and the deck turns into the best seat for it. Midnight Wonder pairs that after-dark view with the same open daytime sightline across the Smoky Mountains, plus pool access at Star Crest Resort. This 1,600 square foot, two story cabin sleeps 6 across two king suites and a queen sleeper sofa, with parking for 3 vehicles. It suits a couple or small family after mountain views by day and city lights by night.
Bed Setup: Primary Bedroom (main level): King Bed Guest Bedroom 1 (upper level): King Bed Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa
Setting & Neighborhood: Set at Star Crest Resort with an open valley view rather than a wooded lot, this cabin trades privacy for a wide, unobstructed sightline over Pigeon Forge that gets better after dark. The resort's pool and playground sit close by, with easy year-round access.
Disclaimers: Pets are not allowed at this cabin. This property is not available to adults under the age of 21.
Area Attractions: Ober Gatlinburg, the Arts and Crafts Community, and Anakeesta are all nearby in Gatlinburg for mountain adventure and local makers. Dollywood and Splash Country anchor the Pigeon Forge side, with The Island close by for dinner and the nightly light show.

Unclean and out of date
The cabin outside was beautiful but the inside was very out of date. The cleaning crew did a horrible job. My 4 year old find KY under the bed and used band-aids. There was no hot water.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the lack of cleanliness and we have already made changes to the cleaning crew. We did send someone out and there was hot water and apologize if you had any issues. We hope you will visit the Smokies again.
This was a great property. It was just two of us, so plenty of room. The hot tub was perfect. It has a large bath tub as well. It is a great cozy cabin. It could use some updated cookware, but having the kitchen was great. There is a pool table (although our cue ball was missing, we still played) and an air hockey table. They provided soap (hand, bath, and dish) which was very nice. Having the washer/dryer was perfect as well. We would stay again!

It was our pleasure having you stay with us at Midnight Wonder and we are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your feedback and will get some new cookware and cue ball. We hope to see you again soon!
Overall the cabin was great.
Pros: Amazing view, convenient location, hot tub and pool table are great, lots of windows, super easy check in/out.
Cons: Generally clean but very dusty (hvac intakes, corners of walls/ceilings), inside could use updates, downstairs shower didn’t have hot water, freezer leaked water into fridge.

I have no complaints. This cabin is great. We had an issue with the fridge not working but they got someone up to fix it immediately. We will definitely be back.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at Midnight Wonder and that we were able to fix the refrigerator quickly for you. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
Great cabin just far enough off the beaten path to be away from the noise of the main strip through PF. Checking in and out was a breeze! You will be driving steep mountain roads so if it is winter be prepared. Very easy to find!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and the location at Midnight Wonder and hope to see you again soon!
Something we hadn't anticipated but realized was so important was that the porch faces west. The sunsets were spectacular. One note about downstairs shower is that hot is opposite of what you think. :)

We are so glad you enjoyed the sunsets and your stay at Midnight Wonder and thanks for the heads up about the hot water. We hope you will visit us again soon!
Would have absolutely given 5 stars except for two details. 'starter' shampoo not provided which was an annoyance(soap but no shampoo-odd) and the master bedroom shower never got hot- luke warm at best ! Other than that - a wonderful property

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at Midnight Wonder and thank you for brining the lack of hot water in the shower to our attention and we have taken care of this. We hope to see you again soon!
Property was lovely and as expected. Cell phone reception was spotty, so calling to enter when we arrived and calling when we left was a challenge. It would have been nice to just get the code via email/text a few hours ahead rather than call. If you are cooking, bring your own knives, the one's provided are super dull. Otherwise, the kitchen was equip enough to do what we needed to. Those little things aside, we really loved it there and would go back.
