Anand is a native born Washingtonian, who has served as a Photojournalist during the administrations of President Ford, President Carter and President Reagan. As a photographer he has witnessed and chronicled numerous historic events in Washington DC. He is currently a real estate broker and an investor.

Lisa Marie is a native of the Finger Lakes in Upstate New York, from the historic hamlet town of Seneca Falls, which is the home of The Women's Suffrage Movement and the inspiration for Frank Capra's movie, "It's a Wonderful Life". Some of the most memorable times of her childhood were spent in the Saint Lawrence Seaway in the nearby 1000 Islands of Canada. She is an established Design Artist and a Licensed Esthetician.

As a teenager working with his father from their photo studio, located two blocks away from The White House, Anand spent many years walking through the neighborhoods along Pennsylvania Avenue, which were once lined with magnificent historic Brownstones.
