Great location, space and quality for the price. Great parking and shuttle stops right outside of the building. Kids and wife loved it, first thing my 12yo said when we walked in “this place is awsome”. Only downfall was upstairs neighbors felt like they where having a hopscotch game every time they walked across the room.
We booked this place very last minute as a stopping point on our way to Tahoe. I was so surprised how much I loved this place. OK... The beds are hard as heck... an $80 mattress pad from Costco could make such a significant difference, but honestly for the price and location, I dealt with the uncomfortable bed and pillows... I actually did bring my own pillows. 6 people could sleep comfortably here. We had 3 teenagers and two adults and had plenty of room. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but it was nice to have the refrigerator available. The shuttle to take you to to the top of the mountain and Horsehoe Lake is right outside the condo. If you have bikes, they will also take your bike on the shuttle and you can just ride back down. We actually took the shuttle on a round trip and a local high school student was narrating the entire time about history in Mammoth and local areas. It also takes you right down to the village. (Although its such an easy 10 minute walk. Back its slightly uphill, but I am really out of shape and had no issues.) I loved Mammoth... maybe even more than Tahoe! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Not too happy! Water in one of the showers would not stay warm. The sliding door in the living room did not lock and didn’t have access to the balcony. One of the burners on stove did not work.
This cozy condo has a great, old school Mammoth, 70s vibe. Spotlessly clean! Very comfy beds. Jacuzzi/Spa areas equally as vibe-y and clean. Close to shuttle stop and Village. We had a great stay. Garage ceilings very low, well marked and manageable.
We had a little trouble checking in to the unit because we didn’t have service. We received the check in email instructions the day of arrival. We were able to get in touch with the property manager and after that everything was great. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hot tub on premises was clean and relaxing. One of my friends that stayed loved the unit so much he said he would like to buy that unit we stayed in (not hyperbole by the way). We loved it 5/7
Every thing was pretty much what the website said it was. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, with the price of the unit I expected a better mattress.. There wasn’t really a shower head in the shower, it felt like your skin was being ripped off.
This property was so overpriced for the terrible condition it was in. The house was dusty, and the kitchen table was sticky. The master bedroom had a "hair" on the blanket and the balcony was packed with fire wood you couldn't even step out. The air vents and shelves were dusty, I cleaned the majority of the condo myself even though there is a substantial "cleaning and service fee". I was in shock, I would never stay there again nor recommend anyone visit.

Pretty Good.
great little unit, with a wonderful floor plan.
I responded to one of the other reviews, asking management to ensure they take care of the issues related to, no hair dryer, and no comforter covers, but they failed to reply, and sure enough, the problem still exists. I was really surprised the unit didn't have coffee available, so make sure you bring your own. Price didn't live up to value, but not far off.

It might be fine for a frat party...
This condo is in need of some clean up and an investment in the basics. How about you guys buy duvet covers to put on those comforters? Or perhaps a hair dryer? Come on, owners, it's gross to sleep under comforters with stains from god knows what. And thanks so much for leaving me out in the cold with wet hair. I can't remember the last time I needed to pack a travel dryer. Hope you will use one of my night's rent and make the $500 investment to fix these issues.
