It is located in the centre of Cluj, in the district of Zorilor, just a few steps from Sigma Shoppig Center and Observatorului Sud bus station. Perfect home base to explore Cluj, it is central but quiet. We are 10 minutes away by foot from the Botanic Garden if you are looking for a nice and relaxing afternoon. More information The space Our house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and has a big closed balcony and everything you need to have fun! Just bring your clothes and your good vibe. Dawn Apartment is a lovely 2 minute walk from the nearest bus station. All bed linen and towels are high quality and are provided. Of course, as you would expect there is free high speed WiFi and Cable TV. The park is literally 1 minute away. Appliances available in the apartment: Central heating radiation, washing machine, fridge-freezer, stove, electric oven, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, wireless Wi-Fi, TV. The kitchen has all utensils: pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses. There are large windows all over the house that make all the areas bright. In combination with the big closed balcony (approx. 8 sqm ), the ones in the turquoise bedroom with a view at the Observatorului Street and others in the gray bedroom with a view of the spacious and very nice garden situated at the back side of the building, make staying at the apartment particulary pleasant. A balcony that can be used as a setting area. A comprehensive set of guides, maps and and local information are available. We can help with reservations for the theatre, restaurants etc. We love living in Cluj and we will try our very best to ensure that you love it too! Guest access Check in time is usually after 2 pm and check out before 11am. There is a key safe box outside in case you arrive very late at night. We always aim to be here to greet you and explain everything to you. We are happy to accommodate different arrival and leaving times, if we possible, to suit your travel plans. When you leave you simply put the key through the letter box. Interaction with guests We are then available for ANY requests you may have. We are always just a facebook message or phone call away if you need ANYTHING. We provide area guide with pubs, restaurant recommendations, places and local shops to visit. Other things to note 1.Should you happen to be a smoker it is very much advised smoking is done outside in the open rather than inside the house as it is forbidden to smoke inside the house. 2.Guests should ensure they switch off sockets for electronic gadgets charges such as TV, mobile, iPod and computer as they intend to leave the house. 3.DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper in the toilets. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you will be charged damages. 4.If anything happens during your stay, like something damaged which needs to be repaired or some loosen end needs to be tightened or light bulb needs to be replaced, please let us know. 5.Parking: Parking is FREE on the site, on the road, outside house or nearby roads. 6.The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs during your stay. And also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
