Enchanting North Valley casa! Half acre surrounded by large shade trees and walking paths. 2400 sqft home with traditional southwestern New Mexico charm and decor in a clean airy modern new remodel. All the amenities are set to create memories, experiences and deep sleep to dream of the next adventure. The home is fully equipped for all cooking, sleeping, and bathing needs for up to 10 people. Enjoy the 500 sqft covered patio to comfortably watch the sunsets and share the stories of the day around the fire pit.
Peaceful North Valley home with abundant space for living and playing.
*Four-bedroom house with two queen bedrooms, one bunk room with a double bottom bunk, single top bunk, and a twin room with two twin beds. Also included, is a queen air mattress with attached pump. There are two comfortable full length couches (not pull-out beds) that can be used for a couple extras sleeping areas as well. *Home boasts two and a half bathrooms, one full bath with a tub shower combo, the other, a walk-in shower with bench seat, double vanities, and a jacuzzi jetted garden tub with skylight for a star gazing soaking experience. The half bath is combined with a laundry room with full size washer, dryer, mud sink and all the supplies needed to get things clean and ready for the next adventure.
*There are two living rooms. The first is combined with the dining room and kitchen for an open feel good for large groups as well as being perfect for a smaller more intimate setting. The second living room has seating for many people on brand new luxurious leather fully reclining couch, loveseat, and recliners, large TV, and a game area /conversation spot.
*Walk out onto the covered back porch to enjoy a pleasant evening and watch the sun set or access it from the master bedroom to enjoy a morning cup of local pinon coffee.
*There is a gate from the property to access the tree lined walking /running/biking paths along the acequias that meander along behind the neighborhood homes.
*Right next door to this home is a wonderful large park great for all outdoor activities and play gyms for the kids.

We had an amazing stay here! It was perfect for two families (4 adults, 3 kids). Such a great game/toy closet for the kids. And the hosts have really thought of everything! Plenty of fluffy towels. The location was convenient, and we loved being next to the park/playground. We had trouble with the door code on our arrival, and the hosts came right over and took care of it for us. Would 100% stay again!

Wow! What a great place to stay! In town for a wedding and to visit family, and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Extremely clean, beds so comfortable, living spaces perfect for relaxing together. The host was excellent, communicated with us the whole way through, and she thought of everything…made for a very easy and restful trip. Having coffee on the back porch in the mornings—perfect way to start your day. Great location to get to just about anywhere in Albuquerque. Cannot say enough great things!

Our host was very welcoming and thoughtful. She replied promptly to questions. Her communication was clear and concise. The property was just perfect! It was so incredibly clean inside and out! There was not even a speck of dust on the exterior eaves. Every consideration was made to ensure we felt at home. The primary bathroom has a huge shower with dual shower heads, great water pressure and hot hot water. It also has a large jetted tube, dual sinks and skylight. This home is well equipped with all.of the things that allow you to drop your suitcase and make yourself at home. The couches in the larger family room are super comfortable with recliners built in along with game closets and ample room to play. The smaller family room (split floorplan) has firmer sofas that are also incredibly comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. We all slept very well. The home information guide has ideas for places to eat and activities nearby. We were not disappointed in the recommendations at all! Next time we are travelling through Albuquerque, we'll be staying here! Assuming it's available that is ;).

Perfect for families

This is by far the best rental we have stayed at in the Albuquerque area. It has the best of both worlds being centrally located but also in very private community making us feel very comfortable and safe. The house was fully functional, very clean, and well stocked, a home away from home. The kids appreciated all of the toys available and the large backyard. We most definitely will be choosing this home for our future travel back to Albuquerque.

Why they chose this property

I have lived in the North Valley of ABQ my entire life. I have traveled to other places and am always happy to come home. Nothing compares to the serene nature of the North Valley while still being close to everything available in middle of the big city. New Mexico is perfect! No earthquakes, mudslides, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, mold, or any of the multitude of natural disasters that occur other places. The weather is mild and as an outdoor person, it is the place to be.
We watched this property for years and even went so far as to contact the owner and let them know if they ever wanted to sell to let us know. Well, they called and we made an offer which they accepted so now we can share the beauty of the North Valley with others.
