This property offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas all of which are furnished for comfortable holiday living to ensure your stay is relaxing and fun. There are plenty of windows throughout the property which provide an abundance of natural light.

This home is made for winter getaways,located only 5-10 minute walk from South Beach and has an enclosed yard with space for kids. The property has great heating over winter including a cozy gas fire. Explore the rockpools at South Beach, brave the water for a paddle or just enjoy long walks on the beach with its awesome not to be beaten ocean vista.

Cheerful and comfy

This low key house was a comfortable place to stay for our local family event. Perfect yard for our little dog and two lounge rooms so we were t on top of each other. Despite a couple of teething issues with heating, Langley’s were helpful and resolved the issue without fuss. Good value property.

Easy dog friendly house

We had a great few nights in this property. Great dog friendly and kid friendly place. It’s not ultra modern but has everything you need and heaps of space. Great homely feel.

Girls away weekend

The property and Port Fairy were just wonderful. Property in a perfect quiet location. Everything we needed for a very comfortable get away. We have been having our “girls weekends away” for 9 years now and everyone rated this year as our best yet 😄😄
