Thank you for your review, Kimberly. We have been hosting guests from all over the world since 2018 at this property with no security issues at all. The address was provided to you before check-in as requested by you to research the area. You had plenty of time to cancel your booking before check in with no penalties. We cannot control what happens outside of our property or in public areas. We can assure our future guests that the house is exactly as advertised and we love being there as many of our guests.

However, it is very important to read the whole description of each property before booking to know what to expect. We take our guest's feedback very seriously, dressers have been added to the closets. Our listing and pictures are very clear about the size of the house and the amenities included. Our bikes are beach cruisers 26” (our personal bikes) and they work great. We always recommend to future guests to read carefully the description of our listing and to ask the host for specific amenities that you want before booking. For example, if you want a specific size for the property or screened windows, you should ask the host before booking that way you can make sure that the amenities that you need are included. Every listing and every host are different and we work super hard to accommodate our guests, we are not below average, we were just not a good fit for you. Thank you for staying with us.
