Wonderful views—really can’t beat the location. Saw multiple mule deer. Property was clean. A little outdated but overall really loved this property and would stay again!!!

Thank you for your feedback and for staying in a RedAwning property. We look forward to hosting you again.
The property is in a beautiful location. The views are absolutely stunning. The home is a bit dated and the master bath shower is in need of a renovation, it's almost dangerous trying to get out of it without falling. The home has no AC so it can get a little stuffy and we weren't aware of this when we booked that there was no AC at all. I feel it's overpriced compared to others in the area. Our value for the money wasn't as expected.

The pictures of this home are purposely made to suggest this IS NOT a townhome, which it is. The price and what you get are an absolute con job. I have never been so upset with a VRBO property and I’ve been renting them since the early 2000s. I sincerely feel a partial refund is owed. I absolutely would’ve chosen a different property had I known this was a townhouse.

Hello Keith,
The unit is displayed as a condominium. The local property manager chose the word condominium to represent the unit instead of a house.
Hope this information helps.
Best regards,
Sita

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Tranquil home is a dated property
The view is beautiful. It is a spacious home- six adults had plenty of room. There are many items in the home that need to be repaired or maintained. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms didn’t work. All screens in the home were bent so all types of bugs can get in when windows are open - which they need to be with no AC. The shower head in master bath wouldn’t stay in place. Master bath tub/showers is a fall waiting to happens.
For the price charged for the home plus the additional management and cleaning fees, I do not think it was a good value.

This is a very beautiful home and we definitely enjoyed it when we finally got there. We actually did not get to use it the first couple of nights because it snowed just before we got there and we do not have a all-wheel drive vehicle. The listing never disclosed that you might need an all wheel drive vehicle to get there during the month of May.
The drive is not as scary as some have made out but it sure is beautiful.
Once we got to the house the view was spectacular!
Although this house was just as described it could use a little tender loving care. There was a problem with the door frame to the garage completely falling apart and some of the shades were not working properly. The only other issue that I want to point out has to do with the tub/shower in the master bedroom....it's dangerous! You have to step 6" inched over the rim of the tub to get in and it's very slippery. My girlfriend slipped getting in and wound up with a nice three inch bruise on her leg. They really just need to add a handle bar and some non-slip to tape to the tub to fix this.
This all being said, we definitely enjoyed the house, the hot tub and view....I would still recommend it!

The views are amazing!! The house was very clean and organized and equipped with everything you might need. We loved the shuffle board table, games, and hot tub. This house had it all to keep us busy and occupied while resting from adventuring all day. The location of the house is a little nerve wracking getting up the mountain, but once you see the views, it was all worth it! Very close to the Rocky Mountain national park, and the town is just adorable! I would definitely stay here again!
The house is gorgeous, we loved the breathtaking views, the hot tub, as well as games, movies and books. We did not love the way up and down, it's rather scary.

Hi Katarzyna - Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the experience once at the property. We look forward to working with you again.
This is a wonderful house for families with all the amenities. . Beautiful scenery. Close/convenient location to RMNP as Estes Park. The only small set back is the drive from the main road up to the house. At first the road is a bit overwhelming, but once you embrace the breath taking views of the valley it becomes second nature. We will be back next time we visit the park.
The property was nice. For our visit it lived up to its name, we had no issues with noise from any of the adjacent properties. We cooked dinner every night as the kitchen and grill were more than adequate. The property is quite a drive off the main road up a steep and winding road so you need to plan on leaving early for any excursions by car, especially once it starts to get cold and the roads potential to ice over. My only complaints would be that the pictures indicate there is a large telescope, but no instructions on how to use it. We tried it, looked up videos on how to use it, but came to the conclusion that the scope doesn’t work. And though it lists Satellite TV as an amenity, there are no channels other than the 4 basic channels and a couple others. I’m a college football fan and there are no ESPN channels whatsoever. But we were there to hike and relax so those couple of inconveniences didn’t really bother us. Overall I recommend the property to anyone there for the same.

Hi Brian,
The property sounds lovely and we're glad you were able to cook nightly and the grill was a plus. We will note the feedback on the telescope and TV, and we hope to host you again soon.
