Spacious and Sunny Condo

Enjoy modern accommodations in walking distance to the ancient treasures of Europe’s oldest continuously inhabited city! Huge kitchen, dining and living areas, 1.5 baths, two bedrooms, and 2 terraces. Lovely views of the city and surrounding hills. Ideal for long stays! There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable TV with 42 inch TV with Chromecast, Smart TV, high-speed mesh Wifi, a coffee maker, and air conditioning in every room. The apartment is 110 Sq. meters large (around 11 hundred Sq. Feet). Hangers, hair dryer, iron and iron board are also available. There is a desk, fully equipped kitchen and a robotic vacuum for your convenience. If you like spaciousness and light you will love this apartment. There is also a bidet installed in one of the bathrooms. Guest access: The building was built in 2016 and is wheelchair accessible, however there are small steps to enter the two bathrooms. It has an elevator (lift) and no steps between the entrance of the building and the apartment itself. Interaction with guests: You will have the entire apartment to yourself! I and my property manager Valentina are available during your stay if you have any issues, questions, or would like recommendations.
