A newly built , modern bungalow with its own pool , secluded garden, and on a plot of land 4000 square meters, where guests can enjoy privacy and at the same time be in the thick of things in the resort town of Agios Sostis , 70m from the beach and walking distance to everything . Ideal for a family or a small group of friends. Guests will enjoy the seclusion of a bungalow in lush surroundings a well kept garden and a private pool (4mx8m) on your doorstep. At the same time being a stones throw from the beach, tavernas beach bars and all activities. The Bungalow (100 square meters) has 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a living room with an open plan kitchen. In the living room is a sofa bed which sleeps 2 extra persons. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, the living room has a large smart television where you can surf the internet, watch your netflix movies and catch up with your mail. Fully airconditioned and free wifi.
