Enjoy a stunning, patrolled surf beach right across the road, restaurants and shops just a short stroll down a coastal boardwalk and easy access by car or public transport to a myriad of Sunshine Coast attractions.

The apartment is well appointed with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a covered balcony overlooking the ocean as well as an additional balcony at the rear. Two bedrooms have queen beds, with the master featuring an ensuite and a third bedroom with two single beds. A family bathroom features both a bath and shower. With a communal swimming pool and BBQ area, all linen supplied and baby items such as a cot, high chair etc available for hire, this apartment is sure to provide all the comforts of home in a beautiful beachside location.

GREAT FAMILY HOLIDAY

Everything at the unit was perfect. The location, space, view, well presented, clean, convenience to town, the lift in the building, comfortable beds. The extras including toys for and body board for children all made it perfect. We would definitely like to come back.

Great location, not well cleaned and run down.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a great location and wonderful views.A short walk to all Coolum has to offer. Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the it's a bit run down. I informed the letting agent of the issues with the dishwasher not working and the main toilet seat being broken. She didn't really seem interested in sorting out the issues and took no notes down. We also had the maintenance man rock up and let himself in, when we called the agent about it she said that she had forgotten anyone was there.

Hi Kelly, We are really sorry to hear that. I was not aware of the cleaning issues and it was the cleaners that turned up to clean the front veranda because of a build up of dirt behind the perspex not knowing that somebody had gone into the apartment which was my fault as I had not made them aware. We always try and fix any issues that may present themselves and had I known, these all would have been attended to. I actually had gone in the day before your arrival to check the property and had not noticed any of these things of which I am sorry. I am glad that after this you had a nice stay as it is a lovely apartment and the owners try and keep it as up to date as possible. Gillian Mooney Coolum Holidays Manager
