Bright and spacious three bedroom holiday apartment perfectly positioned to experience absolutely everything Coolum and the Sunshine Coast have to offer. Enjoy a stunning, patrolled surf beach right across the road, restaurants and shops just a short stroll down a coastal boardwalk, with easy access by car or public transport to a myriad of Sunshine Coast attractions.

The apartment is well appointed with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a covered balcony overlooking the ocean as well as an additional balcony at the rear. Two bedrooms have queen beds, with the master featuring an ensuite and a third bedroom with two single beds. A family bathroom features both a bath and shower.

With a communal swimming pool and BBQ area, all linen supplied and baby items such as a cot, high chair etc available for hire, this apartment is sure to provide all the comforts of home in a beautiful beachside location.

Fantastic place to stay. Stunning views down Coolum Beach and very central location handy to shops, surf club and restaurants. Apartment well appointed with want you need to enjoy in holiday accommodation. The only small draw back was no wi-fi.

Lovely place to stay. Even got discount for faulty AC.

Got a bit confused and angry for the separate charges being levied on my Visa card by two companies. Also had to chase for the bond to be returned by the agent. Bit poor customer service for what was an overall great stay.

Great apartment with fantastic views of Coolum Beach. Central to many resturants and shopping and only a 5min drive to Coles or Woolworths. 2min walk to the beach. Apartment is well appointed and tidy.

Stayed at the rocks many times. Fantastic place. This unit is starting to look a bit tired however. Balcony could use a re-tile - It brings the place down.

A modern unit with wonderful views, a large breezy balcony and air con in living area and main bedroom. Very spacious living area and good size bedrooms. Pool and lift. A bit noisy from the road traffic but the views worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It's so close to everything in Coolum, easy to walk anywhere, great views and the furniture, beds, cleanliness etc were excellent. It was only sound of the traffic at busy times of the day that stopped me giving this 5 out of 5 stars.

We booked this apartment for 3 nights. Great views, close to shops & restaurants. Not very clean when we arrived. Lots of dust & ufo's under Tv cabinet. Fridge was dirty inside as were doors onto the balcony. Could not get TV to work in bedroom
