It has a large patio where you can suntan and may see whales or dolphins in the bay. At street level is where you enter the apartment both bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, a full kitchen, lounge and diningroom . There are the Zoutendyk steps leading you down to the beach, town and train station.

My name is Paul i was born in Zimbabwe in 1961 and moved to South Africa Johannesburg in 1982. Opened a jewelry factory in 1987 which my son runs now. I had a game farm for 10 years up North and have spent many days fishing most of the Zambezi River & going on bush trips into Botswana. Tanya, born in the UK and lived in South Africa since 1982. Love the beach, horses, hiking and cycling. Owned and ran a guesthouse for 16 years in Joburg and moved to Cape Town a few years ago. Loving the outdoors of Cape Town!
